Cranberry Persimmon

 Citrus fruits, especially persimmons, have been a symbol of luck and transformation for many cultures for centuries. In China, they are given as a sign of luck during the New Year; in Korea and Buddhism, they denote transformation. In Western traditions, oranges were a luxurious Christmas gift and are still often found in stockings today.
